I have found a Japanese girl that I would like to hire for position in my company, she is currently on open work permit here in Canada but will expire in 2 months, how do I sponsor her and how long would it take?

You need to obtain an approved LMIA. This is quite a long and involved process that may take significantly longer than 2 months - so you should start asap. First step is to advertise the role for at least one full month and through at least three different locations that meet the LMIA advertising requirements to prove no Canadian could be found for the role. Make sure the salary you're offering is at least the median salary for that occupation for that province. More details here:
