Sponsoring 2 years Dependent Child to CANADA from INDIA as a PR

My wife and I have PR status in 10-May-2010. Going back to INDIA on 21-Jun-2010 after 41 days. Our baby's birth place is INDIA on 04-Nov-2010. Now my plan to going to CANADA and sponsor my child.


Here is my understanding about the documents -

Sponsor -
Sponsorship Application - it would be filled by me and signed by me on behalf my child.
Sponsorship Evaluation - Is it Required? I am going to Canada after 2.5 years and i don't have any income there.

Sponsorship Agreement - Required or Not required
Sponsorship Questionnaire - Required or Not required
Statuary Declaration - Required or Not required
Medical Condition - Required or Not required

Sponsored -
Application form - to be filled by me and signed by me on behalf of my child.
Background check form - Required or Not required.
Additional Family Information - Required or Not required.

If there are forms from above list which needs to be filled and requires signature of dependent child who is primary applicant, then how did you handle the situation.

AND what is the fee for sponsor and Resident of PR.

Please advise.

No itshould be filled on behalf of you

It is required u can fill as unemployed and explain them in another letter ur savings and how u r going to support

It is required. you can fill as unemployed and explain how you are going to support your child in a seperate letter.

Medical Condition - Required or Not required Required you need to do upfront medicals for child you can take appointment with any panel dr and do test

You can sign instead of child there is option for that and i did for my child
AND what is the fee for sponsor and Resident of PR.
