Is there any better way to sponsor my sister here in Canada?

Our mother died year 2010, my father approved for tourist visa because he doesn't want to live in Canada. Hence, I have only one sister that I wanted to sponsor in coming to Canada.
I am a permanent resident and my citizenship is still on the process. I reviewed sponsorship under CIC website and stated there that I can only sponsor my sister if both of our parents are deceased. Is there any way I can sponsor her?

If she is 21 years old or younger - there may be an option. You would have to qualify to sponsor your father and then include your sister in the application as a dependent.

Otherwise you cannot sponsor your sister and she will have to qualify to immigrate to Canada on her own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.
