Sponsored person live in different country on work permit - which VO files goes

Hi All,

I am the person being sponsored. My wife is Canadian citizen who is sponsoring me.

I am from INDIA & i holds the Indian passport.

But from last 3 years, i am living in other country on work permit.

My question is, to which visa office does my file gets transferred to?

- My country of birth - INDIA
or
- Where i am currently living

This will be decided by IRCC based on their operational requirements and you have no control over this. You will just have to wait and see.
