Hi everyone,
A question....My husband is still under the period of completing the 730 days
I mean he PR expired on the 30 OCT 2016. But he entered Canada on the 9 Sept 2016. he has 7 more months to complete 730 days.
Can he sponsor me now or have o wait till the 730 days complete. Pls guide.

He needs to wait until he meets RO before he sponsors you. If he sponsors before he is compliant, your application will be rejected and his PR status will come under investigation.

If he's doesn't meet the RO (so doesn't have 730 days in past 5 years), then he can't sponsor any family members. If he tries, IRCC will see he doesn't meet RO and will reject the app and revoke his PR status.
