There is no income requirement for spousal sponsorship you just have to prove that you will be able to support yourself without government help.

My daughter is doing medicine in China and will turn 22 on the 31st Dec 2018 so the sponsorship to be done before that right?

If you want to include her, the app needs to be submitted before her 22nd birthday.

Also she should be aware that she will unlikely be able to practice medicine when she comes to Canada. If she would like to practice medicine she should do some research on how difficilt it is to come to Canada as a foreign trained physician. That may factor into her willingness to come to Canada.

There is no minimum income but he must show you can support yourselves in Canada without welfare.
