Sponsor Wife Medical Request Mail Disappear ???

Hello All, just want some info if you guy happen to be in a situation similar to mine.
I sponsor my wife from Cambodia so my application got in Singapore ambassade and been process
here my status:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 23, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 24, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on July 24, 2018.
4. We sent you a letter on August 29, 2018. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
5. We sent you medical instructions on October 23, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

so has you see it now december 8 2018 my never got mail and i didnt receive any mail or email. I decide contact by webform the ambassade and here what they respond not sure if they did understand i was looking for that medical request and send new one by email. Here there respond

that weird were that medical request is gone i am little worrie.

Just email back and adk about the medical. If you got a gckey account, you will get call of your correspondence through email in stead of waiting for regular mail. Much more efficient this way.

if your application is in the interview waiting queue.....you may have to wait for interview schedule or interview waived.

But what about that medical request that we never got yet? That even possible to get interview before even do medial check ?

you may send an email to your visa office to let them know you did not receive the medical letter.....and ask for clarification......the order of the process steps (medical and interview) is at the discretion of the visa office.

If you have not linked your application to your online account.....you may do, so you always receive your messages through your online account.
