Sponsor/visitor visa for my mother and younger brother

Hello,

I have an open work permit and my PR application is in progress. I want to see my mom and younger brother as soon as possible as I have to go through a surgery very soon. What are my options to invite them here? My younger brother is 15 years old. Any guidance will be appreciated.
