finally got my medical through can any one tell back ground investgations mean we submitted everything we were suppose to how long now do i get an answer about perment residencey

The times are posted on the CIC website.

For inland it is 19 months (for 80% of applications)
For outland it is 3 months (for the sponsor) + visa office time (get this from the CIC website or the open data project).
