Sponsor parents from Iran, why application sent to Ottawa but not Ankara?

Hi guys,

I have applied to sponsor my parents (in Mississauga)
today, I got an email that I have met the requirement and my case has been send to cpc-ottawa.
my parents are in Iran and i assumed the local visa office would be Ankara - Turkey.

I received an email that we have met requirments and based on my parents home address application is sent to Ankara, but after a month I received another email saying that was an error and application is now sent to Ottawa based on my parents home address!

But my parents home address is Iran!

Should I contact CIC?
Should I be worried?

No worries. This has happened almost to everyone. It is not limited to Ankara as Manila, Warsaw, London and Bombai applicants had the same experience.

It seems CIC has decided to centralize alll PGP applications in Ottawa.
