Hi
I have two sisters and my parents are dead I would like my sisters to immigrate to Canada and live with me. I am ready to take their undertaking, I am not present in Canada and looking after my orphaned sisters. My question is would Canada Immigration permit me to sponsor them as orphaned relatives, also can I sponsor while outside of Canada or do I have to be in Canada to sponsor. I do not have a job but have enough money as savings, will Canada Immigration accept this in place of the yearly earning. Of course I will accompany my sister to Canada and support them as agreed upon. I am a Canadian Citizen of 60 yrs of age and my sister as all most the same age 62 and 58 years old.

No, you can't sponsor them, they have to under 18 to be sponsored as orphans.

Hi
Reference to IMM5196 "whom can you sponsor using this application package? paragraph 5
it states" any person with whom you have family relationship if you do not have a spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner, son, daughter, mother, father, brother, sister which is a Canadian citizen, registered Indian or permanent resident or whom you may sponsor, If you believe you are in this situation, contact our Call Center

Sponsorship of parents, grandparents, adopted children and other relatives — The immigrant’s guide (IMM 3998)

Who can use this application package?
his or her relative, regardless of your age, if the sponsor does not have a spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner, son, daughter, mother, father, brother, sister, grandfather, grandmother, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece, who is a Canadian citizen, Indian or permanent resident or whose application for permanent residence in Canada he or she could sponsor.

Does this para give any indication age does not matter for orphaned relatives

You really should read the cic site

Who can be sponsored

You can sponsor:

* parents
* grandparents
* brothers or sisters, nephews or nieces, granddaughters or grandsons who are orphaned, under 18 years of age and not married or in a common-law relationship
* another relative of any age or relationship if none of the above relatives could be sponsored, and you have no other relatives who are Canadian citizens, persons registered as Indians under the Indian Act or permanent residents and
* accompanying relatives of the above (for example, spouse, partner and dependent children).

If the OP was never married, has no children, her parents/grandparents are deceased, has no Brothers/Sisters/Aunts/Uncles/Nieces/Nephews in Canada, then she could sponsor 1 sister.

Having read the reply I was wondering if I have to be in Canada to sponsor or I can sponsor while outside of Canada

If you are sponsoring your spouse, common-law partner or dependant children, you can be outside of Canada while the sponsorship application is bring processed but you need to prove that you have plans (employment, living arrangements etc) to settle in Canada once the process is completed. All of this information is in the guide.

If you are still asking about sponsoring your siblings from outside Canada, it's irrelevant because you cannot sponsor them (in this situation), no matter where you are. Sorry.
