Sponsor my wife in Vietnam from Vietnam

So i read all the info on CIC maybe 20 times now and i would like if someone could tell me if i did understand everything.

My situation is as follow. I am canadian citizen from quebec living in vietnam for 4 almost years now. I am married legally since october 2011 but we celebrate our wedding in may 2011, and have one child. My wife and i are living together for 3 years now. We did all the citizenship paperwork for the child and now i intend to return in canada in maybe 1-2 years. So that's why i plan to sponsor my wife. So if someone could tell me if my application seem ok.

Part 1 : Sponsor

4. Passport photocopy of my old lost one and my new one
5. Birth certificate
6 . Letter of employment
7. Letter from my parents to let me and my family stay at their house.
8. Letter from me, explaning my intention to return to Canada.

Part 3 : Proof that our relationship is genuine

6. Common lease
7. Sponsor temporary residence card
8. My old passport stamp of entry in vietnam
9. Wedding invitation and other wedding proof
10. My eticket( if in find them)
11. Letter that explain in detailed how we met and where we met and etc.



Does my application seem complete.

You need to provide proof of your intent to return to Canada once your spouse is approved for PR. What steps, if any, have you taken to leave Vietnam and be re-settled in Canada? Yes, I know you don't have a departure date because you have to wait for her visa to be approved, but what are the plans you have made? CIC needs to know you are actually meaning to return to Canada, not just trying to get status for your spouse.

So what other proof can i gave different from these 3 letters?

Check out posts by user Fencesitter on what he has provided as proof he will re-establish in Canada when his wife gets her visa. That is an example of a comprehensive, detailed planning approach.

Other question, if we have a son together, does she have to included him in the dependants? we already ask for his citizenship.

No, a citizen child is not a dependent for the purposes of sponsorship, so he does not go on the IMM008DEP, rather he is an additional family member so he is listen in Section B (children) of the IMM5476 for Additional Family Members.
