i will sponsor my wife from manila just lots of forms to fill
first question do they check bank balance or credit check

my second question if i get my wife to do medical and police clearance than submit application is it faster

please advise me please

No - they don't check your balance or credit.

The medical is supposed to be completed before you submit the application and the police checks are supposed to be included with your original application. If you wait until later, then you can expect the application to experience some processing delays.

Approval of your ability to sponsor her is determined by your financial ability to do so..."They" determine that ability to support from your CRA tax figures...they'll ask you to included, and you'll come across it when you're completing the application forms, an Option C Printout...essentially the same information found on your annual Notice of Assessment.
The more completeyour app is the less delays that will happen..including your clarance from NBI and meds.
