OK, I've been doing "A LOT" of homework in this case.(Sponsoring my spouse to Canada)

I have prepared EVERYTHING.

I'm at my last step of putting my EVERYTHING together. (TOOK ME 1.5month to do this)

I humbly ask anyone that can help me. WHAT should I beware of?

I followed my check list, checked everything.

Is there a certain way of packaging?
Mine is like a binder. And everything is in one binder. (is that ok?)

I heard people say I can't stable the documents, is that true?

LAST IMPORTANT QUESTION:
For our chat history, I have 10 pages (as required in check list), Is it "better" if I put in more? (i have total of 1000 pages)

What are the ways to increase my chance of success in the application without return/reject. (our relationship is rock solid, but after i heard so many fail cases, I am like why is the government doing this? ALL i want to be with is wife.)

Last Last question:

We've only known each other for 6 month, will that affect our application?(I mean we are at our 30s, we don't want to waste time if this is going to be a problem which WE think it's unfair if we get reject for such reason)

PS: yes we did travel to various places including regions and countries. pictures of both side parents.

ANY information will help. PLEASE! (Yes I'm panicking)

Yes all in a binder type envelope is fine.

Visa officer must separate all the pages, so paperclips are better as it's easier for the visa officer.

Quality over quantity. Choose chats/emails from beggining/middle/current part of relationship.

This could be an issue. How long were you dating before you got married? Seems like just a few months, which is a big red flag in most cases. You will need to convince visa officer the quick wedding was not done just for immigration reasons. Was it a typical wedding with lots of friends/family present?

Since she's coming from a wealthy visa-exempt country it may not be a big issue, but you never know. May increase the chances an interview will be required in Japan if you are applying outland (or in Canada if she comes as visitor and you apply inland).

Thank you for replying.

We had our honeymoon first then registered for marriage certificate after we met both side parents. Wedding will be after 1-2 years. Because there simply isn't enough time. I have to work and her father just went through a major surgery. We are hoping to be together after her father's recovery. (Our honeymoon was 1 month)

Is it going to affect our application if we didn't have a wedding? We did went to our home countries to meet our relatives and parents.

Thank you for taking your time to reply.

Seems like you knew each other an incredibly short time (just a few months), then did a quick marriage registration only with no actual wedding, and then applied for her PR?

If this is the case, yes it's indeed a big red flag and could affect the application. A visa officer may strongly feel you got married only to expedite the immigration process (marriage of convenience). I would guess a strong possibility of her needing to attend an interview. However this is all at discretion of the visa officer who happens to review your file, nobody here can say for sure what the result will be. You will need to submit as strong relationship proofs of possible and just hope for the best.

thank you for your reply. you have been very helpful.
One last question:

If in any case, is there a possibility the visa officer wouldn't even give an interview for my wife just because we knew each other for an incredibly short time?
After conversation with you, we did a bit research. And she is in panic. It is a big red flag for short time marriage.
We need that fighting chance and prove we are not fraud.

Also, is there any ways we can do to convince the visa officer in the documents? (make the officer believe our relationship)
what kind of documents would we need to provide?

There are a lot of reasons why we got married in such short time, but definitely not for "immigration of convenience".
And I don't feel comfortable to state it here.
However, one of the few things:
My wife and I wants to have kids, but after we tried very hard during our time together(3 months), we failed.
Now we are at our mid 30s. We know that it is not good for baby and woman to give birth at older age. This is one of the reason we decided to get married.

Do you think in the "provide more support to your relationship"
Should I explain why we got married in such a short time?

In practically all cases, a visa officer will ask for more relationship proofs and will schedule an interview, before everything actually rejecting an application.

And as I mentioned the big positive in your case is she is from a visa-exempt wealthy country where cases of immigration fraud are incredibly small, so she will have a much better chance to pass through the process with less scrutiny vs someone applying from a much poorer country where there may be more incentive to get Canadian PR at any cost.

You should definitely explain all you can in the app about why the relationship was so short before marriage, so exactly as you stated here plus any more info. Also have family (especially both yours and her parents) write personal declarations that they fully support your marriage. What happens is entirely at the discretion of the visa officer who happens to review her file, so lots of it really depends on their own personality and how they are personally feeling about your situation. Some visa officers are easy going, others are more difficult and demanding. As I said, so as much as you can and just hope for the best.
