Good Morning everyone . thank you for reading my information . there are few questions regarding to sponsor my parents to Canada

1. family size will be including me , my wife and my parents ( we don't have any kid) . according to federal income table , is it right , the minimum income is for 4 persons ??
2. if the first answer is “YES” , my current income can not meet the requirement to sponsor 4 persons but including my wife’s income will be eligible . Can I use my wife as a co-signor at the application ? ??however my wife's PR application is processing at CIC , and she is at open working permit.
3. I am only child for my parents , Can I ask exception to use my spouse’s income and humanitarianism ?? also me and my wife’s income is steadily growing year by year

Please kindly advise . much appreciated

1. Yes. Family size of 4

2. Yes you can use your wife as co-signer to include her income as part of total income qualification. However that said, you cannot use your wife as co-signer until she lands as PR first. You basically can sponsor your parents the following January after your wife lands as PR. Your wife has to land as PR this year 2016 in order for you to be able to add her as co-signer for January 2017 application. Otherwise, you would have to wait until Jan 2018.

3. No. There are no exceptions. Either you meet the income requirements for family of 4 for 2013, 2014, 2015 or you don't.

2. Yes, provided his wife lands as PR first. His wife is still waiting for PR processing to be completed.

thank you all responses , from my understanding . the application forms and income requirements will be updated again on middle of Dec 2016 , is it right ? how much information will be different at your past experience ?? Do you suggest get ready the most information at the current forms and amend later?
