Hello:
I am wondering if anyone can help. My husband arrived in Canada in April of this year. Now we want to bring his dependent daughter over (she is currently staying with his mother). She had her medical done and was included on his application for permanent residence.
Does anyone know the process. Do I as my husbands sponsor, sponsor the daughter as well?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

Your husband will be the sponsor. Note age is changing to 18 and under to qualify as dependent.

Use the outland application package: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp

Basically the steps are same as sponsoring spouse, minus all the relationship proof stuff.

Thank you for your reply :D, I wondered if my husband would be eligible to sponsor his daughter as he just started working in Canada, would I be a co-signer on the application or?

There is no requirement to have a job in Canada to be able to sponsor. It is your decision whether to be a co-signer or not; it isn't required.

Why didn't he include his daughter as an "accompanying dependent" on his permanent residence application? It would have saved you guys time and the hassle of going through this process again.

Hey thanks for your comments, I appreciate it.
In hind sight now realize we should have listed her as accompanying but at the time we wanted to wait until husband got settled before uprooting the daughter.
