Hi everyone!

You guys have been a lot of help, and I'm hoping you can help me with some finishing touches.
Sponsor Questionnaire (IMM5490E), question 11 asks: "Did your sponsor meet any of your close friends or family?".

For us the answer is yes (gf is the applicant, and I've met her parents, uncle, aunt, close friends, etc.). My question is threefold;
1. Do we write the date we met in person or the date we met online (i.e. her parents came to visit in November 2015, but I have been in contact with them online since early 2014)

2. we are unsure of the exact "day" for some relatives, how should we go about filling this in?

3. They have room for five people, is this sufficient? I've met quite a few relatives and friends, so should we attach a separate sheet or just include the essentials (parents, a friend, a couple other relatives)?

Thank you everyone!!

I put guestimates for the dates. I also only included 5. I put a note saying if they want more to contact me and ill send them along.

You should put the date you met in person. For dates you don't know, just estimate. You can attach a separate sheet explaining that you met ___ in person on a certain date, but had talked to them via Skype or Facebook or whatever earlier. You can also explain you don't remember the exact dates you met some people.

You can add more than 5 people if you want. It depends (for me) on how much other evidence I have.

Good question - I already submitted my application as OUTLANDER in April 2016. However, it is interesting question. My case is: neither me nor my wife met a friend. I put explanation on additional paper, but just curious how much this will affect us. Of course due to short span of time before and after marriage, we expect INTERVIEW where we should dust off all the red flags. The act is we were born and raised is same neighbourhood, had not intimate intention at that time, I lived my life, she lived her life, no contact for the past 15 years, found her talking to my relative (October 2015), we started calling each other since then as people who knew each other, then the frequency and direction changed within short period of time leading to uncovering each there, married in December 2015, applied in April 2016. Due to short time to plan we didn't involve other people, but we are going to have a ceremony soon as she arrives where all people from both side will be present. I don't think they will deny solely on this but we must proof the marriage and the relationship is genuine. That should be proved during interview, I guess.
