Why do you need to do anything? You sent in an application. Now you wait.

Because I have to explain to the Singapore government that I am out of country for more than 6months for my Common-law application, and the Singapore government ONLY accept my absence if I am employed or a PR status in Canada, or else they will consider me an AWOL. I could face up several years in jail or fine.
Now I am expecting a baby, I guess I'm in all sort of trouble. The Singapore government is waiting for my answer about my status in Canada which I could not give them any as if right now. I told them they got to wait while my application is being process. I am just afraid the Canadian government will reject me because of my connections with the Singapore government. My occupation is classified but I declared myself on the application in what organisation I was in.

And I could not go back to Singapore again which I have been doing for the past 18 months of my relationship with my common-law. If I were to go back, there would be no one to look after the kids while my sponsor goes to work. Currently, I am managing the household while my sponsor is going to work. It has been like this since we got together last year. So this year we decided to make the inland application.

Could you tell them that you are in the process of applying for PR status? Would they be ok with that?

Hmm, I don't think the Singapore government can actually do that. You are a human being and a government cannot own people. The Canadian embassy in Singapore is Canadian and is not connected to the Singapore government.
