Sponsor - Document Checklist - Question

I am sponsoring my common law partner. We decided to get the declaration of common law done to hopefully add some evidence to proof of our relationship. I came across the part on this form to check it off.

My question is...if it is not required (no co-signer) should I tick off that I am including it and put it in with my sponsor forms or should I just leave it blank and include it with our supporting documents?

Please help!

I would check it off personally. You could write on it where in your application it actually is (as in "with my supporting docs").
