Sponsor Decision Made Meaning

Hello,

The CPC received my application August 5th but I did not hear anything so I called them. They said it was still in process but gave me my number. I logged in and it said decision made on October 17th and a letter was sent (I still have not received this letter though and she said to call again if I do not get it in 30 days). I asked her if it meant something was wrong and she said no.

I know others were told over the phone they were approved. Would she not do the same if the news was good?

Does this mean that I have been rejected as a sponsor? Why would they not tell me over the phone? I am going crazy. Can anyone please tell me their experience. I feel so hopeless.

Check your e-mail junk folder and make sure you don't have the office blocked. We never received our letter by mail, but we did receive it by e-mail.

I would call back and see what another call centre agent says when you give them the Client ID number.

Ask specifically if your file has been forwarded to the visa office and on which date... then they'll have to tell you that either they sent your file on (you were approved) or they returned it to you.
