Sponsor cant access E-cas??

Hi,

My husband has sponsored me for PR under Spouse sponsorship outland!!
When i try to login using my UCI, i can see my application has been received and medicals updated, but my husband (sponsor) is not able to login and check ecas.
Also, when he calls CIC, the agent says that they cant find any application associated with his Client ID.

Is it normal? I am june 10 applicant but no SA!!

his information won't show up into ecas until AFTER you receive SA. It can take some time after SA for it to be upload. for some it takes a couple of days, for others it takes longer. i'm guessing you are able to log in because you have a UCI from a previous immigration application, not because of your PR application. Considering your application is from June, and you haven't received SA yet, this isn't something to be concerned about. The CIC call center will not have record of it until it's started processing for SA.

I called CIC today, the agent told me that he wont be able to tell me much since i am the applicant only.
He suggested that my husband should call them. When my husband called, the agent said, there is no application under his name for sponsorship and wait for a week at least.
We dont know wts going on???

as stated above, there will be no record of him in the system until they work on his application. this doesn't mean aything is wrong. it is just how it is. he can try calling back next week to see if he gets a different answer.
