Hi,
Im from Philippines , Im here in the US for 9 yrs now, and im out of status now for 6 yrs after my H2B visa expired.
Then i have my sister in canada, can she sponsor me and my husband and daughter, or can she help us to move in canada without going home to phillipines..i know my husband and i will be banned for 10yrs if we exit US. Are we also banned in canada too for extending here in US. Can you help us how to move in Canada and work/migrate. Is there any suggestion
