Sponsor Birth Certificat

Hi all
My question is that my wife is a Canadian Citizen by birth she was born in libya, now she is sponsor me from S.Korea and her sponsorship checklist asking her Canadian birth certificate so she don't have she have Libya birth certificate which translate her father and submitted to Canadian govt for her citizenship card.
so she can submit Libyan birth certificate or what?

From what I understand, your wife wasn't born in Canada so she will not have a Canadian birth certificate. Send them her Libya Birth Certificate and a copy of her canadian citizenship card.

yes you are right she was born out side of Canada..
