I ve not found any thread regarding this in the forum, the case is about my 4 nieces their parents have just been deceased.. and they are all under 18 years..i, ve got ITA but i ve come to know that i cannot accompany them with me..( I am from Pakistan) but i ve a brother in Canada who can sponsor them..who has already 3 family members including him so can anyone elaborate the proper process of the situation? i m seeking for a documents to be required in this case and do i need any lawyer or any representative ?? thanks for support ahead

I believe the link to the application process your brother would have to use was provided earlier. Here it is again: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5196ETOC.asp

Whether you use a lawyer or not is up to you. It really depends how comfortable you are reading through the information on the CIC website and applying on your own.
Thnk U so very much ...i ve read some of them but i wanted to have any practical experience of any member..thx again
