Sponsership for child

Hi :)

I am Canadian PR and put sponsorship and PR File from India to Canada.
They reject my sponsorship but File has been sent to New delhi , Now as per latter Visa Officer will take final decision.

-Now what will happen. Will they generate Visa? :(
-If I put this File from Canada again then I have to pay fees again or same receipt will continue in new file.

Please guide me .

Why didn't they approve you to be a sponsor? What were their reasons?

The OP wasn't in Canada when the application was submitted. You must be in Canada to sponsor or the application will be refused.
