I hope some one can help me in my case, I submitted the application August 1,2019. Its been a year now and last month, they asked me to do Biometric / Fingerprint Scanned and in the same time I received pre arrival services. I did fingerprint scanned a month ago and until now i haven't received anything. I sent an email to visa centre to follow up because its been a year since i submitted the applicaiton and today I received an email that the fingerprint scan could take 6- 12 months. i am really down, i don't know what to do. i am far from my wife more than a year and she is experiencing hard time and she really needs me to be beside her . Does the application takes that long ( 2 years ). is that normal ? my cousin did the application for his wife and it takes only 6 month. can anyone help me please
