im kinna confused. Where if at all do i put my wife on this application. I have never previously undertakings as they ask in the document.

The sponsorship evaluation is about you.

If you've never had any previous undertakings, then the number of such is 0, as you said. If you are only sponsoring your wife, she is 1, and that goes in the box at 5A.
