Sponsering Sister for visit

Hey there, would really appreciate if anyone can help me out.

Me and wife are applying for 23 yr old sister-in-law to visit canada for few weeks during summer break july to august. shes is currently employed as a teacher since last year but since she was busy with her studies she did not get any chance to travel. I am Canadian citizen and wife is PR and she has been in canada for 3.5 yrs now. we will attach following documents

- my and wife passport copies
- child birth certificate
- both notice of assesment
- my job letter
- joint bank account with balance of $10000
- Return Flight ticket and travel insurance provided by us


applicants documents
- ba certificate, ma certificete just to show that she has was busy in her studies
- Job letter
- Her vacation starts from mid june to mid july but she has vacation approval letter from mid july to 1st week august and signed by school managent and stamped by principle.
- bank statement account balance of $5000
- Purpose of trip
- invitation letter
- Both parents are still back home as home ties and a job letter

please let me know what else i would need to make it stronger or is it good enough.

Travel history.

I hope that flight ticket is refundable. It's really not a good idea to buy them before a visa is approved.

Hello there, we will explain in detail why there was no travel history in submission letter and yes the ticket is refundable with $250 deductible.
