Hi everyone ,

I am going to have a work permit in Canada as a software engineer. I have a autistic brother who is 21 years old , I would like to keep my entire family with me at Canada Toronto as long as possible since they are not able to take care of him. My parents age is 50 to 55 years old. My income is good enough to sponser 7 people , since this case is unqiue can my brother get any type of visa that let him stays at least a year with me ?

Or does anyone know is the multi entry visitor pass allows to be extended by visiting a 3rd country and re-entering canada to get it extended. Has anyone done this or is it even allowed ? I have travel history so does my entire family , we were holding a pr at Singapore [No longer a PR ]. Please let me know if anyone knows any way or at least any type of visa that would help me stay with me at Canada as long as possible. Any help or any suggestions I am open to it.

I know I can sponser my parents and bring them in with super visa as well , my brother is my primary concern as he is dependent on me.

You cannot sponsor your family on a work permit. Your parents and brother can apply for a visitor visa based on their travel history, funds, ties to home country. A supervisa is not possible if you are on a work permit. They cannot live in Canada but on entry to Canada may be allowed to stay up to 6 months. They would need travel and health insurance. Your travel history is irrelevant. Travel history is to the US, UK, NZ or AUS.

There's no way to do this while you are on a work permit. There is no visa that allows this. And no, you cannot bring your parents on a super visa. This is only possible for PRs and citizens.

Your parents and brother are not classified as dependents. They cannot be sponsored or accompany you to Canada while you are on a work permit.

The most they can do is vist Canada temporarily. They cannot live here. Assuming they get TRVs approved, they can visit and hope they are given a six month visit. Once that visit is drawing to an end, you can try applying to extend their visit from within Canada. Do not have them exit and then re-enter Canada. This is frowned upon by CBSA and the chances of this succeeding are lower than applying to extend their visit from within Canada.

Make sure you take out private health insurance to cover emergenies as they won't be covered by the Canadian health care system. For non-emergency care, assume you will need to pay for that out of pocket.

Want to add that even after you get PR, you cannot just sponsor your extended family.

Your adult brother is not part of your immediate family. And parents and grandparents sponsorship has been on a lottery system and you need to have 3 previous years of enough income to support your family size just to enter the lottery. And many people are in the draw and only a limited number can apply.
Under IRCC sponsorship, your spouse and children are your immediate family. If you want to move to Canada and guarantee that your parents and brother can come with you, may be Canada isn't the place.
