I have been living in saskatchewan as a PR from last couple of years. i want to sponser my elder brother he is married and working as a branch manager in private bank. maximum points he gets on the express entry is 370-390 which i dont think is enough to qualify. province wise his job category is not in demand in any of the provinces.so i was thinking of moving to manitoba live their for a year and can apply under the manitoba family sponsership. if anybody has any idea about the rules over in manitoba pls share your views. thanks
