Spelling mistake in Surname on TRVa visa Stamp

Dear Members,
There is a spelling mistake on surname in my stamped TRV visa.. I have submitted and given all details accurately based on my passport. Typo from IRCC Officers end.
What is the procedure to correct it

Highly appreciate if anyone guide and share me link or form to be filled or any email ID.

Nobody has responded for this.

I submitted webform specific to Bangalore IRCC office and received re-submit passportrequest email by next day. Submitted my passport with correction details under “Visa correction” category at VFS centre, Chennai.
