Because of a spelling mistake in class 10th marksheet, I am required to follow the misspelling in my father's name on all documents however my marriage certificate mentions the correct spelling of my father's name, which actually would be an incorrect spelling as it doesn't match with any of my other documents. The difference is only that of 'A' and 'E'. The marriage certificate was also issued in my state's regional language.
I checked with the marriage registrar and he says spelling in english certificate can't be changed now. I was thinking to submit the marriage certificate issued in my regional language and get it translated in english. This way I would be able to fix this minor difference of 'A' and 'E' in my father's name.
Please suggest if this would be an ideal approach. If yes, are there any such agencies authorised by the express entry program to take the translation services?
