Speeling mistake found in application

Hi,
This is naresh ,i submitted my express entry application and all the documents cic was requested me, waiting for passport request now.but when i open my cic account in the dependents coloum my wife surname "kALLA " which is there in all documents but in account it shows" KALL" speeling mistake in surname shows in account
Is this going to be a problem or if its there any how to correct it plz suggest

It happened to me. When they updated my full name from lowecase to uppercase they spelled incorrectly my last name. I reported it using CSE and I also called.

They took some time by the way. Following, you may find my timeline regarding this issue:

Nov 5: UCI and name updated. I noticed the error in my second surname so I raise an enquiry using CSE (their webform).
Nov. 13: they responded that the issue was transfered to the responsable office.
Nov. 20: I called. The Agent was nice and proceeded to report the error himself in their system.
Nov. 28: Still no correction so I ordered GCMS notes.
Dec. 28: I received them and noticed some notes regarding this issue (still in process).
Jan. 3: Finally it was corrected in the system/ my account

I suggest you to report it. It is important to have all names well written to avoid any possible issue when VISA is stamped.

Sometimes (although very rare I suppose) it happens... that they make a technical error when entering our names into their system.
In my case, I filled out all forms with all names well written according to passport, but they misspelled my second surname.

@Its me nani Nothing to worry. After you report it, they will correct it once they confirm the info submitted.
