Hello there,

I finally found an employer who wants to do an LMO for me. (I've had quite a few reject the idea because they definitely want to avoid the additional responsibility/work)
The problem is my PGWP is already expired and after the prospective employer spoke to Service Canada, he was informed it could take up to 8 weeks and that may be too long for them as they'll start looking for another candidate in the meantime but will submit the LMO application for me anyway.
Isn't there way to speed this process up?
This process is very brutal. A lot of employers just refusing to even learn what the LMO is about.

Nope, no way to speed it up, every waits their turn. Only employers with A=Lmos get a quicker decision.
