I have recently applied against NOC-0213 and have specified slightly different responsibilities than the main duties described by against NOC-0213. Below are the job responsiblities I have specified in my application and I would like to see comments from seniors (If that detail is matching and sufficient to get approval)
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate operations of information systems
• Estimation, planning and controlling software development projects.
• Develop, control and implement the policies and procedures for electronic data processing/software.
• Meeting and communication with the client to discuss envision and finalize the scope and requirements of the project.
• Coordination with the QC (Quality Control) department to define, manage and control the procedures to improve the overall quality of the product.
• Requirement change management in accordance to the defined project scope and set procedures.
• Writing functional specification in accordance to the vision and business requirements specifications.
• Risk identification, planning, and sharing contingency and mitigation strategies with all stakeholders.
• Communication with the client to discuss and resolve the post-deployment issues.
• Conducting Interviews and facilitating HR in hiring staff for software projects.
