I have been employed with a company since December 15, 2010 (it's been now over 9 months).
My job counts towards the CEC work requirement. I have always been reporting to the COO only. Because of organizational restructuring, the COO got laid off, and I am about to quit as well. This being said,
1) can I count these 9 months towards my experience for CEC? (and get 3 months experience elsewhere)
2) can the person signing my job description be the ex-COO (that is, a person no longer employed with the company, but who by all means can best describe my responsibilities)?
