Specific Job Offer for Express Entry Points?

Is it required a specific job offer for the express entry, or it can be used the same offer from the WP application?

Consider the following scenario: A Job Offer for indefinite time (not temporary) has been given. A positive LMIA was issued. Both documents were used to request a work permit. The WP is closed (employer specific). The work permit is also temporary (2y as usual). The employee has been working on this company for at least 1yr. In the IRCC documentations >> under FSW session, it mentions that for an offer be valid "your current employer made you an offer to give you a full-time job for at least one year if you’re accepted as a permanent resident". The existing offer is already for indefinite time, full time, and attached to the positive LMIA, but it just doesn't specifically mention that it's upon becoming a PR, but instead, it mentions that it's upon being allowed to work. That said, is it required a new offer with specific notes about the PR condition or the previous one is already enough?

You need a new job offer. You cannot use the same offer from your WP application.
