Sept 2014 I went to Canada for studying master of applied computer science at University. I could not finish my study but my study permit and visa was expired. I reapplied for a study permit paper based in Canada but i was about to cross the grace period so i come back to India jan1 2017. But I got my study permit on 17th Feb 2017. Again I gave an IELTS got 7 bands,Got admission in colleg and applied again for visa. I have valid Canadian study permit for any Post secondary level education -- Ontario. What are the chances of getting visa?

what do you mean study permit ? if you have study permit nobody can stop you to get Visa . I guess you got confuse. can you plz explain more what you call study permit ?
I have valid canadian study permit of Canada from 17th Feb 2017 to 30th May 2018. I went to Canada in aug 2014 in Concordia University unfortunately I could not finish because of personal reason during that time my study permit and visa expired.So I applied for a new study permit but it took almost 115 days so before my study permit came I came back to India on 1 st January 2017 and I got my study permit on 17th Feb 2017. After that I have an IELTS got 7 bands. Applied in a college got the acceptance letter. Again I put my visa file so I am confused are any chances of getting visa?
Again what do you mean chances of getting a visa given you say you have a current study permit/visa ?
Current valid study permit and applied for visa for fall 2017 intake. Visa success or reject? What you think?
