Speaking reevaluation

My IELTS score is L 8.5, R 8.0, W 7.0 and S 6.0 but I need 8777. Shall I apply for reevaluation for speaking only? Is there any chance that I will get 7.0 in speaking after reevaluation?

If you are confident that you deserve more and if money is not an issue then you should go for EOR.
