I am a professional driver in Spain . I have a heavy international driver's license here . I do not know how I apply for Canadian work visa .

You need to find an employer who is willing to offer you a full time job and that employer also needs to obtain an approved LMIA.
I think that you would also have to redo all the driving tests again. This means that you probably wouldn't find an employer in that industry unless they were prepared to wait for you to take the tests.
