SP submitting at VFS (Silly Doubt, Nothing important)

How many days do we need to submit our Study permit applications at VFS... Is one day enough...
Cause I am coming to Chennai to submit my study permit application at VFS and i have booked the return ticket for the same day... So is one day enough ?
