Your write a letter and respond by webform or mail (if requested). Non on can write if for you because don’t know reasons for PFL. Was it a 5 year ban? Post the letter.

No not a 5 year ban one just he has concerns about communication and pictures so nothing about 5 year ban and it is requested document I have to upload a file in my gc key login so how do I write explanation letter and in what app? Microsoft word etc
