Hi All

Am done with my PG Diploma course and am planning to apply for PGWP. Also i want to apply SOWP for my husband once i get my PGWP. I will have my PGWP for a year.

After a year can my husband extend his SOWP (Open work permit)?

What are the documents required? Is the extension done employer bases? Does he need a LMIA to extend his work permit?

Hi

Your husband will only qualify for an SOWP if you already have a NOC A, B or 0 job.

An LMIA will be required to apply for a new work permit.
