What were reasons for refusal? Is your spouse on PGWP? If so, you include spouse’s job letter with paystubs.
These are the reasons for the refusal, she is into MBA 1st sem. She changed course from pg diploma to MBA.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 200(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-200.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in your country of residence.

What school is she doing MBA…not a private school? So what are your ties to return? Do you live in country of citizenship? Are you financially stable now and showed proof of funds for two people plus tuition?
Yeah school is bad (in an office building, thought it was shut down) and private so that may be a reason for refusal. Like the notes say, you need to show ties to return. You have no family outside Canada so you need to show absolute proof you will return to home country.
Just one of the degree mills that everyone is transferring to thinking SOWP is guaranteed and will get 3yr PGWP. Why people would waste that much money on these schools boggles my mind. When did you get married and how long have you spent together in person? Was this an arranged marriage? If you have limited time together that is another reason SOWP may have been denied. The ability to apply for an SOWP and getting approved are different .
