Hi everyone , one query . my wife applied for SP in Feb 2022 for Sep intake, her Sp is still in process . Can i apply SOWP in parallel . Can any body please clarify .

Yes. You should have applied together.

If I apply now , it won't be a problem . And the file will be reviewed after sp decision is made .I am confused

Where do you live? You can apply now and it will most likely not be processed along with the SP. You will have to show additional funds on top of what your spouse showed for the SP applicaiton.

Since you didn't apply together, it doesn't make sense to apply while her application is still in process (there'll be no way for IRCC to link her application to yours now). Your SOWP will be based on her SP, so it's better you wait for her decision to come, before you spend money applying.

Depending on their ages, they may require study permits. When you apply you will have to show funds to support your whole family. Work permit processing is about 54 weeks.
