Hi. Just had a quick question. Going to be reapplying for SOWP as GCMS notes indicate that the representative did not upload my marriage certificate and inviter WP (my spouse). The agent then suggested tourist visa and we did have a geniune intention.. but that too was not approved. I have applied for the GCMS notes as well but that will take a month from now.
I am doing the application myself this time and want to confirm that the spouse paystub x 3 , letter of employment and PGWP should be uploaded to Client Information section? Should I combine all of them into one PDF and submit ?
For the Cover Letter, I have mentioned that SOWP was refused due to eligibility concerns; missing documents. Should I mention that the tourist visa was denied and that we had a genuine intention of visiting Canada?
I mentioned that I am reapplying for SOWP with the documents missing in original SOWP application.
