SOWP - Where on IMM5710 to indicate WP type?

I am applying for my wife her SOWP. I am currently on BOWP valid until the end of this year.

I had prepared copies of
my BOWP,
my permanent job employment letter,
my paystub,
our marriage certificate (married in Canada)
Based on these documents, Does it make sense that we are applying for SOWP?

I am concerned that the VO might not be smart enough to figure out what type of WP we're applying for, and on IMM5710 there is no indication on what type of work permit. The only valid option on top of page 3, "DETAILS OF INTENDED WORK IN CANADA" is "Open Work Permit", but not specific to SOWP.

BOWP and SOWP applicants have to indicate "Open Work Permit". They are both OWPs. More info at:
