Would you be able to get a SOWP after a year of getting your study permit/already starting your studies?
My partner and I haven't lived together, so let’s say we start living together in our country before I start my studies (sept), for six months, and then he comes with me (with a TRV) for six months. Would he qualify for a SOWP after that? Even if my permit had already started? I know it’s a tight timeline, we’re just exploring our options after today’s EE draw.
