I had applied for SOWP along with study permit in may 2024. Study permit has been approved but the issue is that SOWP is still pending with no ADR. Contacted IRCC via webforms but no help. I had ordered GCMS notes recently and under eligibility it is mentioned review required. I know it's a cause a concern but there's nothing specific mentioned about the RR except in the notes section it is mentioned RR9. This particular code 9 Reflects what sort of issues? Thanks in advance!
