Applicant is currently in canada as a visitor (trv) and her spousal open work permit outland application in processing and is almost done. So after approval comes, she probably has to fly outside canada and re enter again to get her sowp in port of entry ? Or if she can raise a webform and let ircc know that she is inside and any chance she could get her sowp mailed inside canadian physical address. Do you know what can she do in this case.
